Could you please let me know what are the vmps capable cisco devices.I have cisco catalyst 3560 and am not sure I can use this as vmps server .Thanks

You can not use the 3560 as a VMPS server. You need a switch running CatOS such as the 4000/5000/6000 series switches for that:
