PDL not showing up as a selection for the DH - Unity 4.0(4)

I have created a Public Distribution list and have verified that it was created and in the correct mail store. When I search for it in any of the directory handles (to chose it as a limiting parameter) I do not see it listed with the other Public Distribution Lists so I cannot select it.

I am running Unity 4.0(4)SR1 using an off box corporate exchange server. I am running a failover unity server also. I forced an AD sync and waited over 24hrs but the PDL is still not available as a choice. There are several members in the PDL that I verified by looking at the PDL's AD account.

Did you record a name for it, on the profile screen is the recording greater then 0 seconds?

No. I have not recorded a name for the PDL as of yet. I will give it a shot and see if that corrects the issue.

I added a recorded name to the PDL last night and I still have the same issue.
