hi all,

can anyone pls tell me the command to make anyother vlan as "native vlan" other than the default vlan 1 in catalyst 2948G-GE-TX switch.

They way to do this is first configure the port to be a part of the VLAN that you need to configure as native vlan. For example if you want vlan 3 to be your native vlan and your trunk port is 1/2, then do the following

Set vlan 3 1/2, this will set tthe port 1/2 to vlan 3.

Then configure the port as trunk port and the vlan 3 will become native vlan on trunk 1/2
