In the attached picture.

ARP entries for the Internet are stored only on core layer, not on the Router.

Router has a configuration for access Internet that NAT and default gateway.

And routing for internet on core switches is default gateway as well.

Someone said arp only on core is the problem. Is it true?

I'm thinking that it(only cores has arp entries for Internet)is normal thing because Core is bridge between static and RIP.

Can you pls explain this situation?

Where ARP entries should be exist?

I think that in your configuration the router should also have ARP entries, that way it can function easily. There may be no problem keeping the ARP entries only in Core devices although it may have some effect on the throughput.

Hi

Generally speaking ARP enrties are localized within a layer-2 domain i.e. within a vlan should should only have entries of hosts within that vlan. Hence in your scenario a p2p link connections to ur ISP would be a single layer-2 domain and therefore arp entries should reside on you devices terminating these connections.
