I have a PIX 525 and need to open port 401 for outside traffic (Internet) for the address of ex:216.134.44.111.
How should I proceed?

static (inside,outside)
access-l outside_in permit tcp any host eq 401
access-l outside_in in interface outside

As per Sushil's post - all looks ok, apart from a slight typo i.e. it should be:
access-group outside_in in interface outside
Also, please save with: write mem and also issue: clear xlate
