VPN client cannot connect

When I try to connect to a Pix506e via VPN client I get the error message, "No private IP address was assigned by the peer."

Have you created a vpn pool?

ip local pool -

vpngroup address-pool

Yes, I have a VPN pool and I can successfully connect via the VPN client when I use a dial-up connection, but when I use a DSL connection I get that error message. I can successfully connect via the VPN client with my DSL connection to a different pix.
