If you know which port/time the call get dropped comes in on, you can run "cptrace -p " and see if there is a "Far end disconnect". If so, most likely, the cause of the drop is external to MeetingPlace. If you have multiple of those occurrance, you might want to see if there is someting common among those call, such as they all come trough the same voice gateway, or they are all from a particular remote office... etc.
