IP Phone lost there image after upgrading CCME

Hi,

I recently upgraded my CCME3.3 to 4.0(2)so that i can use the video conferencing features on my CCME. After upgrading CCME and IOS, most of the IP Phones lost there images and displaying an error "Protocol Application Invalid".

So i degrade back my CCME & IOS versions.Then again i loaded back the IP phone images.

What's is the problem? Is it i can able to upgrade CCME without having this problem?

Possibly you need to upgrade the IP phone firmware also. What are you using now ?

Download the TAR file with DST fix from CCO. Extract to router flash with

archive tar /xtract

configure each file for download with:

tftp-server flash:/ alias

If your router doesn't support directories (that is, less than 28xx) just use

tftp-server

and load under telephony-service, without the .loads extension
