Cisco IP phone 7902 is displayed as unknown

In callmanager version 4.0(1) when i use the find criteria to search for the ip phones, it is displayed as unknown in the status of the phone, but the phones are working and users are able to make calls.

I have upgraded the service release from sr2 to sr2a, upgraded the phone load, database replication is fine and healty.

Plese help me in finding out the issue.

Upgrade the CCM to 4.2 and IP Phone to latest firmware. It also looks like Bug ID - CSCse17114

Thanks for your reply. I am not seeing any error messages related to this. I am getting only phone unregistered messages. once we restart the RIS data collector service it works fine.

We have some known problems in 4.0.1 for RIS

I would upgrade to the 4.1(X)
