ICM Monitoring Tools

I have a customer who would like to load some third party monitoring software onto their ICM 7.0 NAM and CICM. The two tools they are looking at are Nimbus and ITM. can you advise whether or not these two tools are supported on the ICM platform.

Before you install anything, check section 7.7.7 "Supported Third Party Software" here:

I do not see the applications mentioned by you there...

You can, however, play with SNMP, it is there, by default (actually, it is required to install this service when setting ICM up)
