Hi, everyone.
I have just deployed Call Manager 4.1 and Cisco Unity for our customers. Topology includes gateway 38xx( connect to PSTN line); switch 2950 and 2 IP Phone. Server CM plugs into switch. How can I deploy autoanswer calls?

Hi,
You can install the Cisco IPCC Express Stad package that It comes for free with a new CallManager deployment.
With this IPCC Express you can use the basic IVR functionality that the system provides: get DTMF digits, launch prompts, transfer calls, etc.

CCM also has auto-answer feature per extension.
