We have a customer with a new CM 4.2 implementation on a 7825. They have a few people who need the capability to record calls. We thought the perfect solution would be to use the 5 IPCCX licenses bundled with CM, and do a co-resident install. To our disappointment, a partner we work with on Call Center stuff, said that call recording cannot be done on a co-resident install. Can anyone share any experience with this setup? My search for documentation turned up nothing, so I would like to at least get a second opinion. Thank you.
