We have a CCM 4.1(3) and anothers sites of the company are connected across Canopy?s anthenna and this anthena?s are connected to Catalyst Express 500, when two sites try to call another the call is stablish but don't pass the voice.

Sounds like a routing issue between phones. Phones can see the Call Manager to establish a call but not all phones have network connectivity to eachother.
Once the call is established the Call Manager jumps out the way and the voice stream is directly between IP phone to IP phone.
I'd consider checking your routing out between sites for the voice vlan.

Hi, the suggestion give above is correct, you should check IP connectivity between all the sites that have problems, each phone must be able to ping each other in addition to the CM.
