CSA agent on Call Manager with NIC teaming

Has anyone install CSA agent on Call Manager with NIC teaming? Do I need to remove the NIC teaming, install CSA agent then put back NIC teaming. Do I select network SHIM during installation ?

I've done it several times, it does not matter when you install CSA. Yes, select shim as that should be your only availabe selection.
