Encrypted communications with the CSM XML API

Hi, I am trying to enable XML over HTTPS on a CSM (WS-X6066-SLB-APC)with 4.2.5. When I go under XML-Config I do not see anywhere I could setup HTTPS. I would appreciate your help.

I havent tried it by myself. I would love to know if it works. Please try this

1. enable HTTPS on the Sup

2. Once HTTPS is enabled on SUP then you configure the xml-config in CSM.

I do not see the IP http-secure server option on the SUP IOS, I only find IP http. Have you seen any Cisco document that would indicate that HTTPS is supported on a 6500-SUP720-MSFC3 IOS?

Bad news.

I double checked it and its confirmed that 'ip http secure-server' is not supported on the Sup720 platform.
