The issue is our clients connect vpn on the road but when they come back to our LAN they continue to get IPs from the VPN along with local DHCP. Have released/renewed/flushed/empty client cache but it still gets the VPN IP pushed back to it. Any ideas?

Kenneth,
Here are my questions.
When they come back to the LAN segment,
a. is the VPN address assigned to the Virtual adapter of the Cisco VPN client
b. along with the IP Address for the LAN segment assigned to the Physical NIC?
c. Is the LAN IP address assignment different from the VPN client IP address assignment - Different netowrks.
d. Do they launch a VPN client session when they are inside the LAN?
e. What device is the VPN client terminating on?
Let me know.
Thanks
gilbert

Hi,
Does the client get the VPN IP when the client is connected? If yes then it is absolutely normal but if the client is not connected and still the IP is there, then I would appreciate if you could send the VPN logs specially for the time the client disconnects and the output of the ipconfig /all.
Regards,
Kamal
