We are running IPCCX 3.5, two servers, one for archive (IIRC). Last night I got a call from a user that some historical reports weren't working. I did my usual checks... everything looked aboslutely clean. When I looked at the database it appeared that our archive server stopped recording data the night prior when we closed. I then looked at the databse on the other server and it was empty. I then opened a TAC and waited until the call center closed and rebooted both servers. When they came back it started writing records again. My question is: what would cause this? How do we prevent it in the future? And, lastly how we be notified sooner if it does happen again so we don't lose a complete days worth of data?
