Call Manager Licensing

Hi Experts

I'm designing a VoIP implementation with a Call Manager 5.0, Unity, Fax Server, 2000 IP telephones, etc.

What licenses are necessary to implement the solution? Do I need licenses to configure the services? (like voice mail or fax services)

I identified the following licenses:

LIC-CM-DL-1000= CallManager Device License - 1,000 units

LIC-CM5.0-K9-7845-H1= License CallMgr 5.0 7845-H1 Appliance

SW-CCM-UL-7961 license, Cisco IP Phone 7961

UNITY40-SVRLIC-32 Unity server license for VM or UM. Incl 32 sessions. No TTS.

UNITY-UM-USR-E One Unity UM for Exchange User

CFS-FAX-CHAN-1 Fax 1 Channel License

Is these licenses enough?
