Below are the two ADC Krone part numbers and details. I would like to find a Cisco alternative to these ADC Krone parts. I tried looking, but no luck as I am not familiar with the ADC equipment. If anyone can suggest an alternative, please let me know.

1) ADC Krone part number: D1M-1C0031

The ADC DSX-1 cross connect panel D1M-1C0031 is an 84-termination front below cross-connect panel with bantam jacks. The panel includes four 1.8-inch x 4-inch (4.6 cm x 10.2 cm) vertical jumper rings, two horizontal cable bars, a horizontal jumper cable tray, red LEDs, and a designation label numbered 1-84. The panel can be mounted with either a 2-, 3-, or 4-inch recess in a 19- or 23-inch (48.3 cm or 58.4 cm) rack.
