When I click Ciscoview in the homepage, it opens in another window. When I want to exit from CV closing this second window (once a chassis is loaded inside) it displays an error in the IExplorer status bar closing also the main Ciscoworks window. Is there a workaround for this?
Win XP SP2, IE 6.0.29. According to the doc, CW 2.5 supports 6.0.26 through 6.0.28. However Windows doesn't let to install older version of IE. I have tried with Netscape 7.1 and it's all right. Is there some patch?
This is a known bug, CSCsb07179, and it is fixed in CiscoView 6.1.4 which is part of Common Services 3.0.4. It is recommended you upgrade to LMS 2.6.
