Sample file: John,Smith,johns,abcde,Daviss,12,12345,johnProfile,English United States,SEP1231123245AB,9725557154
How do you setup the import csv file if the users have multiple user device profiles associated with their username?

Hi Steve,
This is possible, have a look at the following;
Example
A user can control more than one device. You can add device names for additional devices at the end of the record.
If the user controls only one device, use this format:
John,Smith,johns,abc123de,karend,0012055,9989,johns profile,English
United States,SEP1231123245AB,9725557154
If the user controls three devices, use this format:
John,Smith,johns,abc123de,karend,0012055,9989,johns profile,English
UnitedStates,SEP1231123245AB,9725557154,SEP0010EB001234,SEP0010EB432101
From this good BAT doc;
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply Rob, good info.
But it is the User Device Profile not the device itself, with that said, would the same syntax follow as putting the additional User Device Profile at the end of the record?
Thanks

Hi Jeff,
Sorry, I guess I didn't read that carefully enough. I was looking at the csv info again this morning and I don't see any way to add multiple User Device Profiles in the Import Users BAT :(
I'm confused by what this could be used for anyways ?? Is this for Extension Mobility/ Logout Device profile or something. Let us know.
Hope this helps!

Yes, it is for Extension Mobility. Am I looking at this in the wrong way by using BAT?

Hi Jeff,
No, you are looking at this the right way. So are you looking at creating Multiple Logout Device Profiles or Multiple User Device Profiles. The reason I ask is that your first .csv example had the SEP-mac of a phone which won't be used in multiple User Device Profiles?
** Try this **For information on how to read the exported CSV data file, click the link to View Sample File in the Insert User Device Profiles window in BAT.
