3800 gateway rejecting calls

The gateway is rejecting the calls that are coming through, The gateways is registering CCM, and is also added to a route group. When connecting the old gateway (2621) to CCM, everything is working fine, The configuration on the new gateway is the same as the old one.

Hi

Are you getting calls rejected inbound or outbound?

What circuits are calls inbound coming in on? Can you verify they are being received by the gateway (i.e. debug isdn q931 if PRI?)?

MGCP or H323?

Etc...

it is MGCP and the calls coming in are being rejected. The calls are not being received by the gateway, what is a good way to check that?
