Can any one help me with the following scenario:

I have 4 managers that have two assistances in proxy-line mode, when the two assistance are log in, two managers are assisted by one assistant and the other two manager are assisted by the other assistant, when one assistant is log off, the 4 manager get assisted by the other assistant and vice-versa, is this possible to do with ipma ?
