1841 problem with VWIC-2MFT-E1-DI for isdn dialin purposes

Dear all,

I m facing a strange problem when i try to configure

a router 1841 with 12.4 ios (advipservices)

which has a VWIC-2MFT-E1-DI card installed.

The card appearred correctly at sh diag etc.

But when i tried to configure the pri-groups the following message appeared:

router(config-controller)#pri-group timeslots 1-31

%Please configure network-clock-participate wic 1 first

%Insufficient resources to create pri-group - it has been removed

router(config-controller)#

The network-clock-participate command is not available.

Do someone knows if the above module is compatible with 1841 for multiple dialin isdn 64k connections?

Hmm. could you post the show tech-support from your router. Is the DSP resource present on your router?

The network-clock-participate command is not under the controller config it is in the main config. Back up to (config) and try the network-clock-participate command.
