Time change not showing on phones

Hello,

I should first say that I am not well versed in the world of Cisco.

We made the changes needed to our routers, AA's and Call Manager for DST. Our phones are not showing the correct time yet. They are one hour behind. We are in EST and are using 7920,7940 and 7960 phones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Times are correct on all CallManager servers?

Phones are assigned to a device pool where date/time group is set to the correct time zone?

Our time is correct on our Call Manager server. Our phones are setup to the correct date/time group as well.

Do each of the phones need to be reset?

They should autosynchronise (AFAIK), but try to reset one, and if the time changes, then, unfortunately, you should give them a reload.
