RTMT clear counters - CallCompleted

I need to restart the counter of "CallCompleted" of CCM showed in RTMT. I want to get the statistic report of CallCompleted per gatway per day. Someone knows how can I clear this counters?

(PS: The Reports? charts (pdf files) don?t show me the total of call per day).

I have this problem too.

You don't need to clear the counters, all you do is go to System --> Report Archives. There you will have certain days, click on one of them and you will be able to see all the available reports. Click on the report you want, that report will be specifically for the day you selected.

Another good tool I use is the CDR reports. It gives you some good reports such as Gateway Summary/Detailed based on day of week, etc.
