I'm on CCM 4.1.3 and I'm trying to fulfill a requirement for retention of CDR. We have ~3500 phones in our cluster now and queries on the CDR database indicate with the default 1.5 million CDR records specified, this only give us about 18 days worth of records. We need about 120 days. If the correlation is direct, this would mean 10 million items max for CDR instead of 1.5 and a database size of around 18 gigs.

I see that this setting is within the parameters of this field, but I was wondering if anyone had increased the values so much before, and if so, what implications it carries for system performance. I'm also concerned about the ART database. If it takes about as much space as CDR, I'll run out of space on C:. Is there any problem moving the ART database to another drive?
