IP Phone 7912 and 7936

Hi..

Can any one adivse if Cisco IP phone 7912 and Conference station 7936 supports multicast MoH ?

7936 wont support multicast MOH, but I am not sure with 7912.

Hi,

7912G supports multicast MoH, but it uses - as far as I saw inside captured packets - IGMPv1.

For example 7940G uses IGMPv2.

Hi Axel,

Thanks for the reply. Both 7912G and 7936 can support multicast. We tested this in customer network and it works fine.
