Problem with CCM and call to/from PSTN after power cut off

I have a problem with ccm 3.2

It was running ok when suddenly the power cut off. The system restart ok

to the calls between extensions but when I want to call to or from PSTN,

the call not progress. The problem is, I think in the signalling between the gateways and the

CCM, but I don`t know what I have to do to solve it.

Is it possible that the Data Base is corrupted because of the power cut off?

Pls, help me!!

I have this problem too.

leonardo, you have mgcp or h323 gateway? what type of pstn interfaces?

2.can you ping the gateway from ccm?

3.did you reset the gateway from ccm gateway configuration?

4. what is affected.. inbound or outbound calls?

1.- H323 Gateway. The interfeces are PRI.

2.- Yes, From CCM I can ping the gateways.

3.- No, I only tried to create the gateways again.

4.- Both.

I think is the same to delete/create the gateways that to reset them.

During an inbound call do you see the calls hitting the gateway...debug isdn q931? Also does the call hit the right dial peer...debug voice dial peer? I would also use the debug voice dial peer to confirm outbound calls are able to get to the gateway.

can you post your gateway:

1. show running

2. debug isdn q931

3. debug isdn q921

4. show isdn status

5. debug h225 events

6. show controllers e1 X/Y

7. show dial-peer voice summary
