hi guys
i want to ask about cisco IP IVR, overview (all supported features)on this product, can it comes as standalone solution or just a component within IPCC, and how it could be deployed with CCM, please if there a link on this

"Cisco IP QM is used only in an IPCC Enterprise contact center while Cisco IP IVR can be
used in either an IPCC Enterprise contact center or a Cisco CallManager cluster without
IPCC Enterprise."
