hi
my fabric is build with 4 MDS
there are now totally isolated (no connection between switches) but under
Fabric Manager all switches are seen as
fabric isolated in VSAN1
i desinstalled/resinstalled Fabric Manager
rebooted switches , still isolated
how to remove this from Fabric Manager
and to see really 4 independants MDS ?

There is an uninstall.bat file that you should run. Then after that, delete the directory and flush it from the recycle bin. Then reinstall and do not check the accelerate discovery checkbox.

i did that , but configurations remains after uninstall and delete directories
since tied to hidden directory called
.cisco_mds9000 under C:\
what is the purpose of this hidden directory ?

That is the directory to delete. The 1.x and early 2.x versions used that as the directory to put the program and cache.

c:\programs files\cisco systems\mds 9000 ?
