I recently implemented an L3 content rule for Akonix IM filtering servers. Users have an ISA client that connects to an ISA server, the ISA server connects to the Akonix server, and the Akonix server connects to the destination IM. When the ISA -> Akonix connection is direct to a server, there are no problems. When the ISA connects to the new VIP, the sessions get dropped roughly every 52 minutes.
Any quick thoughts on how to troubleshoot this? Or experience with this type of problem or this application?
