Caller ID Name on Transfer

Unanswered Question

I have a new CCM 4.2 install. The client has subscribed to PRI service with Caller ID Name and number. The name and number comes in fine, but when you transfer, the name disapears and you only get the caller id number. They would like to have the caller id name transfer as well.

We are running a 2811 Router running MGCP. We are also using 7941 and 7961 handsets.

I have this problem too.

Have you checked the box on your DN to forward the Caller Name? I don't have CCM 4.2, so I'm not sure if that's change from 4.1(3) to 4.2 or not.
