I have CCM 4.1 and I would like have call back available for incoming calls no answered back to my operator.
I read a bit about IPCC and I saw that this feature is available in it but I have a lot of doubts of what IPCC is.
What would the most important changes in my company if I purchased it, actualy I have CCM 4.1 and Unity 4.0?.
Can I only purchase call back option?. If no, what the ost important features that this software has?.
Is it compatible with CCM 4.1?.
