I have a publisher hp server with cisco on it, the publisher acts as a backup for the subscriber Call manager. I have 1gig of ram on it and i need to upgrade it with more RAM. how do i find out what kind ram i need. it is on a windows 2000 server and does not have system information available in windows program menu so i can not locate what type of ram it is using and i also cannot browse to the internet to find out what kind of ram i need. under windows system properties it is a MCS-7800 hp server.
