Hi,
I upgraded the IOS and the IP Phone are registered, but for outgoing calls not works. I made a call using CSIM command and the call works. The router are connect to PSTN by E1 PRI.Pls. see the SRST config:
call-manager-fallback
max-conferences 8 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
ip source-address <IP CCM> port 2000
max-ephones 96
max-dn 120
access-code pri 9 direct-inward-dial
time-zone 11
date-format dd-mm-yy
This is the dial-peer for outgoing calls:
dial-peer voice 100 pots
destination-pattern 9
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15
Regards
Cristian

Hi,
try with destination-pattern 9T.
03-27-2007 02:33 PM
Dear Ale
Are you sure that this work?.
I made tests using 9.T and do not work.

9.T and variations are indeed right in most cases. To find out why calls are failing, do "debug isdn q931" and "term mon".

Dear Paolo
See the debug q931.

Hi,
Who has any idea?
I can?t do outbound calls by E1 in FallBack mode.
04-05-2007 07:26 AM
Hi,
please change the dial-peer for outgoing calls to:
destination-pattern 9T
check again with "debug isdn q931" what number goes out, if 9 is not removed, you will need to configure a translation-rule to remove it (not difficult).
Hope this helps, please rate all useful posts!

Instead of using the 'access-code pri 9 direct-inward-dial' command, remove it and add 'secondary-dialtone 9'.
The 'access-code' commands actually creates temporary dial peers in the 20XXX range and these could be conflicting with your existing dial peers. You can check this by entering 'show call-manager-fallback dial-peer' while in SRST to see if this is happening.
With the 'secondary-dialtone 9' command, the router will play a different dial tone after dialing the '9' access code, this number and the rest of the digit string will then match on dial peer 100 (assuming the destination pattern on this dial peer is 9T) ... the leading 9 will be stripped off and the call should proceed correctly.

Dear Paul
Last Thursday i run the command destiantion-pattern 9T and adding secondary-dialtone 9 , and this works!.
Thanks
