We are having issues with our VT Advantage cameras, once we enable the video capabilities on the IP phone and connect the phone to a computer with the VT camera, the phones reset. The phones will continue to reset until you either turn off the camera or disable video on the IP phone.
We are running CCM 4.1.3 SR2
We have installed the latest VT software as well as upgraded the phones to the latest firmware.
Has anyone come across this issue in their implementation of VT Advantage?
