7920 sometimes re-registers

Hi,

Sometimes (:-)) i have the issue that when in incoming call is recieved on my 7920 the phone re-geristers with the callmanager maybe also when it's on stand-by, but then i do not notice the issue) . I made some traces which show that the phone is missing packets (keep alive time-out). I'm located near to an AP, release 3.0 / 3.1 (it looks similar to the bug in release 2.0 (CSCsb13680)

Does anyone has a simlar issue?

Are you using Airespace controller with 4.0 version? If so, need to set the platinum qos profile to use 802.1p tag of 7 vs 6. Was an aging feature implemented in 4.0 that could age out packets quickly. The 7920 sleeps every other 2 seconds when idle, so possible these packets wouldn't make it to the phone.

Ensure you are using 3.01 on the 7920.

I'm using, the old fashioned, stand alone APs (1200)

Ensure you do not have the STREAM feature enabled, where retransmissions can be limited. You can also attach your ap config here if you like.
