Outbound campaign issue (IPCC Enterprise)

I'm having an issue with outbound campaigns. I have a campaign configured with a prefix so that callmanager can manipulate the callerid. This campaign works....and then it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason, the campaign will work fine and then the outbound calls will stop (the agent reservation calls still function however). In order to get the campaign to function again all we do is edit the campaign and remove the prefix, save it and then immediately add the prefix back and save it again. Nothing changes on the callmanager side. after the prefix edits the outbound campaign functions normally again. Any assitance/input would be appreciated.
