IP phone Port Settings...

Hi all,

We have a large number of IP phones (7961/7960, about a 1000) in our offices. At them minute though the two oldest offices are being upgraded. In these offices when we were deploying the phones we would change the network settings to 100Full. However now that we're upgrading the offices we need to change the settings back - Is there any way to do this remotely? Maybe make the phones reset and pick up new network settings?

I have this problem too.

I have the same issue. I am able to load the tool successfully. But when I try to do the setting the web tool give a success message but it is not able to do the setting on the phone. I observed the phone behavior and I found out the phone is trying to dial 3413**#33000xx and phone says invalid number. I am not sure how to find the right string for the new phone load.
