BARS restore: do I need the same sevice release?

Reinstalling CCM 4.1.3 SR3 on new hardware

I know that CCM has to be the same version when doing a BARS restore. Does that include the service release? I have the software needed to get the new server to 4.1.3 but I am unable to find SR3 on CCO. I did find SR3c but I don?t think that is the same thing.

Does the OS need to be the same also?

Yes, should be same CCM version and SR or ES

OS doesnt matter as longas it support CCM versions restored.

You may open a TAC case to get the SR.
