Hi all, im configuring 4 vlans on my wlan system, do I need to put the port to my AP's as a trunk ? and if I have a dhcp server, do I just use the helper address command on each vlan and create the scopes on my dhcp server ?

The connecting port at the switch and all interfaces in the AP need to be trunk ports and the native VLAN between the switch and AP must be the same. All you need is a helper address on your SVI interface for DHCP.
