Need some urgent Help. i am running CVP 3.0 with Call manager 4.1.3 and mulitple remote gateways and one Gatekeeper
I have configured the Seperate GK Trunk with MTP Enabled on the Call manager.
On the VB, I ahve the SerTransferLabel set to 8111111 and also I have added the SetExcludeIp of Call manager
When I make a call from the IP phone, there is a dead air and the call after few seconds connects to an agent with out playing any prompts.
Can some one tell me what is causing this.
Also How does the CVP know which Gateway to pick for Media termination, since we have added the SetExcludeIp command on the VB?
