WebVPN error

Our webVPN users experience sessions drop out intermitently using VPN 3000. we gets the following error message in the event log:

8853 03/26/2007 07:09:24.700 SEV=4 STC/4 RPT=326 60.49.118.57

CTX: 0x490006: Error(3/17): Detected error in SG protocol

8854 03/26/2007 07:09:24.700 SEV=4 AUTH/28 RPT=1136 60.49.118.57

Duration: 3:18:18

Bytes xmt: 3254555

Bytes rcv: 2142230

Reason: Port Error

I have searched everywhere for an explaination of this error, but no luck .

Please help.

You may try by deactivating "routing and remote access service" on the system. Also, if the problem still persists disable the proxy setting on the browser. This error also occurs due to bad connection between the devices. The problem could be related to cisco bug CSCse80474 and CSCsb40989.
