I'm in the process of setting up my Office network.

We cuurently have 10 desktops and 15 other network devices such as printers and miscleanous hardware?(not POE).

I will be getting an ADSL line and Cisco 1812/k9 router.

I wanted to know if getting 2 24 port express 500 will be sufficient or I should consider a 48 port 2960 catalyst

Either will be fine. With the CE500s you will just create 2 trunks into the etherswitch of the 1800 whereas the 2960 would require only one.
