Perhaps I do not understand correctly what you are asking. But you assign an access list to the vty using access-class. I do not believe that you can use access-class on port-channel interface and would use access-group on the port channel interface instead.

Ali,
Port channel interface and VTY lines are two different types of interface. VTY lines are used for access to the device via telnet whereas port channel interfaces are created automatically when physical interfaces are bonded together using channel-group command and is used for forwarding user traffic.
You can apply an access list to the VTY line using 'access-class # in' command. You can apply an access list to the port channel interface using 'access-group' command.
