Hi,
I installed IPCC Express for a customer last week, and today I got an email from their Supervisor indicating they receive a pop-up window from time to time indicating a "Ready State Change" It seems to take all the Agents our of "Ready" mode and places then into "Not Ready" All the agents then have to manually go back into "Ready" mode.
The error message reads as follows:
16:37:05 The agent extension is out of service.
Ready state change and call control operations cannot be performed
-----------------------------------
Then a couple of seconds later, the following message appears
16:37:10 The agent extension is back in service.
All operations are available
Is there anyone that knows what is causing this to happen?

Did you find the cause and solution for your issue?
I am experiencing it with IPCCX 5.0.1 HA connected to CUCM6.1.3.
Agents receive several times a week this popup on their Agent Desktop.
