VPN Client

Hi all,

We have a customer that has installed the Cisco VPN Client on their laptop. The install went fine, but the problem is that the customer is getting prompted for just a PIN instead of a Passcode. We are using RSA for authentication. It will not allow the customer to authenticate whatsoever.

To me it seems like an RSA issue. By any chance do you have the softoken software installed on the same machine as the VPN client?

What is the version of VPN client you are running?

Yes. I confirmed that the user does have softtoken software installed on the machine.

The client version the user is running is
