Display Properties: Desktop Tab Missing after O/S patches

After upgrading the Windows 2000 Server O/S on Call Manager, Unity, Connference Connect, and CER Servers for the recent time change, the Desktop Tab is missing from the Display Properties page and their is now a picture of a "pretty" woman sitting at a desk with a computer and cisco phone on the desktop. How do we get the desktop tab back so we can remove the "pretty" woman's picture?

Hi -

The image you are referring to is part of Cisco's "customized" version of the OS that gets applied to CCM, CER, IPCC servers etc. I don't know if there is a way to remove the image, i.e. to apply your own custom desktop image. Somethat that does concern me in your post, is that you mentioned you applied the OS upgrade to Unity. From my experience, the CallManager OS upgrade should NOT be applied to Unity servers. You may want to check with TAC on this.

I mis-spoke in my post. You are correct.

The image is not on the Unity Server.

I am a little concerned that the customization removed functionality.
