Hello
I have an ATA 186 that wont come online with my call manager...the ATA is getting dhcp, and is on the same voice vlan as my IP phones...i have the SCCP image loaded on the ATA...the call manager is setup as an ata 186 phone device, with line 1(phone 1) having a DN...i can ping the ATA from the CM, and even open the ATAs web browser, but it just wont come online....any ideas???

Shaun,
You may want to look at the callmanager TFTP traces. These could give you a place to start.
Do you have an extra ATA that you may be able to plug in to see if this is maybe just bad hardware.

Hi,
Whenever i have problems with these i tend to use autoregistration.Have you tried turning it on ?
